  • Review the "Promise of Sale" agreement

  • Make your first payment and construction begins 

  • Within 10 months you can take possesion of your villa when the construction has been completed and payments done

ESCROW SERVICE

To ensure buyer protection all payments can be made through an escrow agent and released to the seller at the times agreed in the Promise of Sale provided that the construction proceeds according to the established schedule.
