The company Playa Sosua Management SRL is founded to develop a real estate project in the most beautiful location of Sosua: the planned residential development of "Los Cerros". Application is made to the Center of of Exports and Investments" of the Dominican Republic and a CEIRD certificate is granted to Playa Sosua Management SRL.

LAND PURCHASE
The land lots for the development in "Los Cerros", Sosua are purchased and the titles in the name of Playa Sosua Management SRL are issued by the Land Court of Puerto Plata,
